Description

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.

3️⃣ Incorporate Yogurt:

  1. Add Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and stir until it forms a dough. Knead lightly until smooth.

4️⃣ Shape the Bagels:

  1. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each piece into a ball, then use your fingers to poke a hole in the center, shaping it into a bagel.

5️⃣ Egg Wash & Toppings:

  1. In a small bowl, beat the egg with water. Brush the tops of the bagels with egg wash and sprinkle with desired toppings.

6️⃣ Bake:
