The ultimate comfort food made easy! No layering required—just mix, bake, and enjoy.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the noodles: Boil the broken lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown the meat (if using): In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Mix the sauce: In a large bowl, combine the marinara sauce, water, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Combine everything: Add the cooked noodles and meat (if using) to the sauce mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Layer the cheese: Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish and serve: Let it cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve and enjoy!
