- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F/75°C).
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in fresh parsley.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over each piece.
- Simmer for 2 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve hot with steamed veggies or a fresh keto salad.
